Ben Edmonson is a full-time, experienced, professional hypnotist and stress management counselor.

For over 20 years, Ben has served Jacksonville, and Northeast Florida communities from the same central location in the historic Riverside area. Ben has specialized in the practice of hypnosis to assist clients in stopping smoking, losing weight, managing stress,and a wide variety of other issues. Often, these issues can be resolved in one session.

Ben's sessions are individualized, one-on-one, secure, and confidential. Each client is treated with respect and professional attention.

Ben has vast related experiences as an educator (as Professor at Florida Community College and as an Adjunct Professor at University of North Florida): he has served as a Seminar Leader for the Florida Health Institute of Gainesville,Fl. providing CEU's for health professionals throughout the U.S and studying stress management education under the direction of Dr. Carolyn Griffis,PhD. of the University of Florida; he has worked as support service for mentally-ill adults through the Renaissance Center of Jacksonville, Fl.; he is certified in Hypnosis, Hypnotherapy, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming through Phoenix Services, Orlando,Fl., under the direction of Michael Watson, esteemed NLP and hypnosis educator.

Before becoming a professional hypnotist, Ben tested hypnosis in a variety of ways, including having impacted wisdom teeth removed with hypnosis as his only anesthetic with the assistance of the late Jane McClain, long-time hypnotist in Jacksonville. Ben has had a life-long interest in hypnosis and was hypnotizing his classmates in high school, longer ago than he cares to mention.
